As software engineers and designers we've felt the pressure to conform to a process paradigm since early in our careers. Most often, it seemed, regardless of whether or not that process was the right fit for the project at hand.

However, in today's multi-device world, one process methodology doesn't work for all. Rather, good old-fashioned passion, listening and collaboration make our projects succeed for our clients. Our emphasis is on getting things done effectively and efficiently, and achieving exceptional results ; not on forcing a paradigm.

The design team brainstorm and draft up the best solution for the client based on the problem statement.

Ahmed has spent more than 10 years developing web, mobile, and enterprise software also as a project manager for a number of software products and projects. He has worked with Al Jazeera New Media (on 3 curation projects covering Somalia, Libya and Gaza) as well as Internews Europe. He has also worked for Ushahidi as a Software Engineer for SwiftRiver, Datadyne as Product Manager for EpiSurveyor (now MagPi), and with Kenya Airways & others.
